The noos is...
The noos is a concept originating in Greek philosophy that expresses the uniqueness of the human mind. For Plato and Aristotle, it refers to rational intelligence, the faculty that allows humans to understand, create, and evolve consciously. Throughout history, many cultures have shared this vision: the human mind is a guide toward a higher consciousness, founded on kindness and humanism.
In this same quest for consciousness, some spiritual traditions—notably among Rastafari and Sadhus—consider cannabis a sacred plant. Used in rituals and ceremonies, it accompanies the exploration of the deeper dimensions of the mind, the Noos, and promotes introspection, clarity, and respect for all living things.
At Solstice Med, we approach cannabis with the same reverence. We honor the plant for what it is and what it allows, committing to cultivating high-quality flowers while respecting its nature and natural balances.
Horticulture,
a passion that unites us.
We are a team passionate about organic and biodynamic horticulture. Our experience has been built up over the seasons and our commitment to best practices guides us every day.
Organic farming
Organic production requires the use of environmentally friendly inputs, which excludes pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. This cultivation method creates a balanced ecosystem, beneficial for plants, growers, and ultimately, consumers. P.S. Photo taken in our greenhouse!
Crafted cannabis
We cultivate using the Living Soil Method (LSO), an approach that places soil health at the heart of every harvest. By promoting rich and active microbial life, we create a natural ecosystem capable of nourishing the plant continuously and in a balanced way.
Our plants are grown in permanent growing beds, where the soil is carefully maintained and regenerated over a period of 4 to 6 years. This stability allows the soil to gain complexity and vitality over time, providing the plants with an optimal environment to fully express their genetic potential.
Living soil, healthy plants, exceptional flowers.
This is our commitment to a sustainable, respectful and quality-oriented culture.
